How booking works

Three steps, zero paperwork marathons

1

Hit “Book this trip”

Leave your name and how to reach you. The form takes about 20 seconds — we ask the rest on the call.

2

We confirm the fit

A planner calls to check dates, group size and pace, then locks your itinerary and sends the itemised quote.

3

Pay a deposit, pack a bag

20% deposit secures everything; the balance is due 45 days before departure. Then we handle the rest.

Changed your mind? Deposits are refundable for 14 days after booking, and date changes are free up to 30 days out. See the terms for the full policy.

What travellers say after these trips

Unedited, unsolicited, occasionally tearful (the good kind).

“Uluru at sunrise with a coffee in hand — our planner even sorted the warmer jackets we forgot to pack. Trip of a lifetime, honestly.”

“The Great Ocean Road itinerary dodged every tour-bus crowd. We had lookouts to ourselves at 8am while the buses were still in Torquay.”

“Tasmania in eight days shouldn't work but it did — never felt rushed, and the vineyard bookings were the highlight. Already planning the next one.”

Trip questions

Before you hit “Book”

Quick answers about groups, fitness and what “tailor-made” actually means in practice. Anything else — drop us a line.

Hot tip: school holidays book out 3+ months ahead. Travelling off-peak? You'll save 15–25% on the same route.

That's the point of “tailor-made”. Each trip is a starting template — add a night, swap a tour, downgrade a hotel to fund a fancy dinner. Your planner adjusts the quote line by line.

Both work. Private runs any week; small groups (max 10) depart on set dates and cost less per person. You'll never be herded onto a 50-seat coach.

Most routes are easy-pace: walks under 90 minutes with breaks. The Kings Canyon rim walk is the one proper climb — we always offer a flatter alternative on the same day.

Sydney, the Reef and Tasmania are brilliant with kids — we adjust pacing and swap in family rooms. The Red Centre works for kids 8+ who can handle early starts.

20% to lock everything in, balance 45 days before departure. Deposits are refundable for 14 days — enough time to check leave approvals and flight prices.

Dates in mind? Let's hold them

Popular departures fill fast in season — a no-obligation request costs you 20 seconds and might save the trip.
